Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that this matter has now become infructuous as the prosecution case has been withdrawn upon the compromise application filed by the complainant. The same has been recorded in an order dated January 12, 2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Hooghly (Sadar). Copy of the said order is produced before this Court and the same is kept with the record. In light of the above, this revisional application is disposed of as infructuous.
