Learned advocate for the State submits that there is a discrepancy in the pay-scale which he was getting and what he should have been paid and, therefore, it becomes a matter which require relooking of the facts. I direct the Chairman of District Primary School Council (Primary Education), Purba Bardhaman to hold a meeting with the petitioner, the school and also the concerned District Inspector of Schools and to take a decision in respect of the payment of pension and other retiral benefits to the petitioner. Such decision is to be taken by six weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner where he shall have the liberty to be represented by his learned advocate. The reasoned order is to be passed by two

weeks after the last date of hearing as the hearing may take place for more than one day but in any case it should not be held for more than three days. The reasoned order is to be communicated to the petitioner by two weeks from the date of passing of such order. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
