The writ petitioner has retired from service and since getting pension. The petitioner claims certain arrears are payable to him for certain period. The petitioner shall make a representation to the concerned D. I. of Schools (SE), who shall consider in accordance with law and dispose of the same.

In the event, any due is payable towards such arrears, the same shall be payable with 7 per cent interest from the date on which such arrears accrued. The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
