Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned under SARFAESI Act, 2002 in considering and disposing its application which has been filed on 16th June, 2022 as appears at page 85being annexure P/4 to the writ petition which is pending for more than a year.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 19889 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid application filed by the petitioner on 16th June, 2022, by passing a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of communication of this order.
