It is submitted by the learned advocates representing applicants as well as alleged contemnors that one substitution application being CAN 9016 of 2019 is pending wherein heirs of applicant no.7 in the contempt application, namely, Smt. Ashalata Ghosh have made prayer for their substitution in place and stead of said applicant no.7 in view of her death.

One supplementary affidavit has been filed today in connection with the aforesaid substitution application being CAN 9016 of 2019 by the applicants wherein in

paragraph - 4, applicants have described themselves as major and sui juris.

Since Smt. Ashalata Ghosh died on 12th July, 2019, the substitution application is allowed thereby substituting the applicants in CAN 9016 of 2019 in place and stead of said Ashalata Ghosh being applicant no.7 in the contempt application.

Department is directed to substitute names of applicants in CAN No.9016 of 2019 in place and stead of Smt. Ashalata Ghosh, since deceased being applicant no.7 in the contempt application, by ten (10) days from date.

Learned advocate for the applicants in contempt application as well as substitution application is directed to co-operate with the department in carrying out necessary amendment.

List the matter in the Combined Monthly List of April, 2025 under the heading 'Assigned Contempt Application'.

Amended cause title of the contempt application after carrying out amendment shall be served upon the learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors. With the above direction, substation application being CAN 9016 of 2019 is allowed and disposed of.
