1. Heard learned counsel for the appellants.

2. Appellants have not assailed the earlier orders whereby the Hon'ble Single Judge had sought for information from expert engineers with regard to feasibility of installation of the lift in the building.

3. We are informed that installation work has already been done.

4. In light of the aforesaid we do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned interim order save and except observing that the installation of the lift shall abide by the final result in the writ petition. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
