During the pendency of the instant appeal, the Voter I Card as well as Aadhar Card prepared in the name of the appellant no.1 with the spelling of "Saima Bibi". Accordingly, the name of the appellant no.1 be corrected from "Sahima Bewa @ Saiya Bewa" to "Saima Bibi". Leave is granted to the learned advocate for the appellant to make out the correction in the Memo of the Cause Title of the appeal.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
