A copy of the order dated February 27, 2026 has been made over by this Court.

It appears that the Municipal authorities have declined to effect any mutation in the relevant records in view of the pending civil suit between the parties. The mutation issue has been kept in abeyance till the disposal of the said Title Suit.

In view of the aforesaid, there is no justification to keep this contempt application pending.

Accordingly, CPAN 1462 of 2025 is disposed of. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
