The petitioner, through learned counsel, submits that the matter has become infructuous in view of steps having been taken in the meantime under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002. Leave is sought to move the appropriate Tribunal under Section 17 of the said Act.

Accordingly, WPA No. 19895 of 2023 is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Tribunal under the appropriate provision of law.

There will be no order as to costs.
