The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of the sixth respondent as teacher in charge of Annada Sundari Hindu Vidyapith (H.S.), North 24 Parganas.

It has been submitted that the private respondent does not have the eligibility criteria for being appointed as teacher in charge of the school. 3.

The objection filed by the petitioner challenging the appointment of the private respondent is pending consideration.

Learned counsel for the sixth respondent opposes the allegation made in the writ petition.

Without entering into the merits of the allegation of the petitioner as it appears that the objection filed by the petitioner against the appointment of the private respondent is pending consideration before the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Barasat, accordingly, the instant writ petition

stands disposed of by directing the concerned DI of Schools to consider and dispose of the said objection in accordance with law, after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the private respondent and all other necessary parties. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties.

If it appears that the grievance of the petitioner is proper, then necessary remedial steps shall be taken by the aforesaid respondent at the earliest. 7.

Steps shall be taken in the matter at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Till the issue is finally decided by the DI of Schools, the approval of appointment of the private respondent shall not be made.

9.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall forward a copy of the legal representation dated August 11, 2025 to the concerned DI of Schools at the time of communication of this order.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
