1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor victim is corroborated by her mother as well as the injuries in the medical report. She is a nine year old girl. She is yet to be examined. In view of gravity of the offence and the materials collected against the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to him.
