Jamal @ Jamaluddin Khan Mr. Fazlur Rahman Ms. Krishna Yadav Ms. Priya Ghosal ... for the Petitioner Mr. Imran Ali Ms. Debjani Sahu ... for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the petitioner had filed an application under Section 482 of the Code seeking review of a judgment and order passed by this Court in CRA 556 of 2017 on 25.01.2021. Therefore, he would not like to press for the same and would like to file an appropriate application for review in connection with the said appeal.

The question of maintainability of such application for review has not been gone into.

On the prayer of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the revisional application is dismissed as not pressed. On the further prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the office is directed to return the certified copy of the judgment and order annexed with the revision petition to the learned advocate on record of the petitioner upon furnishing a copy of the same for the record on usual undertakings.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
