Petitioner and private respondent no.4 are related to each other. The allegations were made on or about August, 2024. Report submitted by the State reflects that earlier Kalighat P.S. Case No. 99 of 2024 dated 13.08.2024 was registered on the basis of complaint of respondent no.4 herein and on receipt of information on 09.09.2024 from the petitioner, a case was also registered against the respondent no.4 under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered that a family feud is continuing, petitioner be well advised to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for necessary reliefs. No interference is called for by this Court.

However, petitioner being a senior citizen, if he seeks any police help, police authorities would with a human face ensure that the petitioner does not suffer any inconvenience.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 20537 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
