The report as submitted by the respondent nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 as filed by Mr. Mukherjee, learned AGP is taken on record.

At the time of hearing Mr. Mukherjee, learned AGP draws attention of this Court to page no. 13 of the report as filed today being a copy of the order dated 15.09.2025 as passed by the respondent no. 6/authority. It is submitted by Mr. Mukherjee that from the said order dated 15.09.2025 it would reveal that the e-auction notice under challenge has been cancelled.

In view of such, this Court finds that nothing remains to be decided in the instant writ petition.

With the aforementioned observation, the instant writ petition being WPA 19714 of 2025 is disposed of. 5.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities.
