Learned counsel for the petitioners, by filing the supplementary affidavit, submits that during pendency of the present application, by a letter dated 1st July, 2022, the opposite parties have delivered vacant and peaceful possession of the suit premises and consequently, the petitioners herein had given an undertaking that the petitioners shall not make any claim against the opposite parties herein for payment of outstanding dues and that the petitioners herein shall not proceed with the present application. Accordingly, the petitioners want to withdraw the present application.

Let C.O. 2262 of 2021 be dismissed as withdrawn. (Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
