Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

The application for anticipatory bail is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated September 7, 2022. The third petitioner was arrested.

Consequently, C.R.M. (A) 4286 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous in respect of the third petitioner is concerned. The victim recorded a statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicating all the petitioners herein. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 4286 of 2022 is dismissed.
