2. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the learned Controlling Authority to dispose of the case no. G-61/22 within a specified time frame in accordance with law and to direct the respondent no. 3 to dispose of case no. 30-P/22 within a specified time frame in accordance with law.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said proceedings are pending for a long period that is since the year 2022 and prays for direction for expeditious disposal of the same.

4. Heard and considered.

5. The present writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2 being the Controlling Authority shall make all endeavour to dispose of the case no. G-61/22 preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order.

6. It is further directed that the respondent no. 3 shall make all endeavour to dispose of case no. 30P/22 preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law and pass a reasoned order.

7. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
