By this writ petition, petitioner has made a prayer for direction upon the respondent Bank and Registrar General, Appellate Side to give information as to whether fixed deposits of the petitioner society made through the Registrar General, Appellate Side has renewed or not and what is the present position of those fixed deposits instead of approaching the said authority, petitioner intends this Court to invoke its constitutional writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and considering the facts and circumstances of this case I am not inclined to grant any relief in this writ petition to the petitioner except giving liberty to approach either Registrar General or the Bank authority concerned for redressal of his grievance.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 20285 of 2022 stands disposed of.
