By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned order of suspension of the petitioner from service.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent electricity authority submits that this writ petition has got no merit as well as there is suppression of material fact and it should be dismissed for the reason that the order of suspension was finally culminated into final order by the disciplinary authority which was further challenged by the petitioner before the first appellate authority and after losing petitioner filed the appeal before the Second Appellate authority and there also he lost and petitioner has suppressed all these facts in this regard and the order of disciplinary authority which was upheld even by the Second Appellate authority is never challenged.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the reason recorded herein above, I find no merit in this writ petition as well as on the ground of suppression of material fact this writ petition being WPA 19903 of 2023 is dismissed. (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
