Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner/the present secured creditor, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the District Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, which is pending before him within a period of two months from date, in accordance with law and upon consideration of the claim of the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
