1. We have considered the materials on record. Uncontroverted allegations show the petitioner and others had assaulted the de facto complainant. They had also outraged modesty of the complainant and her sisters.

2. In view of uncontroverted allegations in the impugned charge sheet I am unable to accept the petitioner's submission that the dispute is civil in nature.

3. However, it is open to the petitioner to agitate his defence at the appropriate stage of the proceeding.

4. With this observation revisional application is disposed of.

5. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial as expeditiously as possible.
