On the basis of the application filed on behalf of the petitioner that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled, the learned P.P.-in-charge was requested to obtain a report from the

Inspector of NSCBI Air Port as to whether the dispute has been amicably settled by and between the parties voluntarily and without any threat, coercion or undue influence.

I.C., NSCBI Air Port has submitted a report stating, inter alia, that the parties have voluntarily settled the dispute and there was no coercion on the part of the opposite party. Let the report be kept with the record.

In view of such circumstances, the instant criminal revision be disposed of on the basis of settlement and the FIR No. 92 of 2019 dated 19th November, 2019 registered by the NSCBI Air Port P.S. for the offence punishable under Sections 406/409 of the Indian Penal Code be quashed.

The parties are directed to act upon the server copy of this order.
