The petitioners assail inaction on the part of the respondent no. 2 to take up and dispose of the application filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the "SARFAESI Act") . The petitioners have filed the application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act with the respondent no. 2 on July 6, 2024. First returnable date was fixed on November 7, 2024.

2. I am informed that the next date of hearing of this application has been fixed on December 24, 2025.

3. It is the statutory mandate to dispose of these applications within a period of 30 days from the date of filing. Keeping such mandate in mind, the

respondent no. 2 is directed to dispose of this application by the next date of hearing i.e.

December 24, 2025.

4.The writ petition is, thus, disposed of with the aforestated direction.

5.There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 6.Since no affidavit has been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to be denied.

7.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
