Siddiqui Mr. Nilotpal Chatterjee ..... for the State The petitioner filed the instant writ petition being Court No. 24 23.02.2022 (Item No. 20) (AB) aggrieved by the order dated 25th August, 2021 passed by the Chairman, South 24 Parganas, District Primary School Council allegedly in compliance of the direction passed by the Court on 15th January, 2021 in W.P.A. 9702 of 2020. By the said order the prayer of the petitioner for approval of leave from 16th February, 2015 to 6th July, 2017 stood rejected.

It was made clear in the said order of rejection that the case of the petitioner will not preclude/restrain the petitioner to approach the office for approval of leave for the aforesaid period with prescribed proforma/format with recommendation/opinion of the concerned Sub-Inspector of Schools in further course along with all the medical prescription or reports. As it appears that the petitioner has been granted opportunity to approach the authority with proper documents, accordingly, no order is required to be passed in the instant writ application.

The petitioner will be at liberty to apply with proper particulars before the concerned authority for approval of leave.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
