The petitioners have subsequently filed a civil suit against the private respondents and have obtained an order of injunction.

In that view of the matter, Kasba Police Station is directed to ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. Any order passed by the Civil Court on the Kasba Police Station shall be complied with strictly in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
