1. Cancellation of bail granted by the orders dated July 30, 2024 and July 25, 2024 are sought for by the petitioner in these

two applications. Both these applications are taken up for analogous hearing.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that such cancellation are sought for on the ground of post bail misconduct. It is submitted that opposite parties are giving threats to the complaining party. On such ground, it is alleged that the bail granted by the impugned orders should be cancelled.

3. Heard learned advocate for the petitioner as well as learned advocate for the State and learned advocate for the opposite parties and on going through the materials placed before us it transpires that, investigation of the case ended in charge sheet under Sections 126(2)/115(2)/118(1)/109/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

4. Considering the nature of the offence and injuries as evidenced from the materials on record, we find no reason to cancel the bail granted to the private opposite parties vide impugned orders dated July 30, 2024 and July 25, 2024.

5. CRM(DB) 2648 of 2024 and CRM(DB) 2649 of 2024 are dismissed.
