Petitioner has assailed order directing interim maintenance at a rate of Rs.5,000/- per month to opposite party no. 1/wife. Marriage between the parties is admitted. Opposite party no. 1/wife submitted affidavit of assets and liabilities and prayed for maintenance at the rate of Rs.16,700/- per month. Taking into consideration the income potential of the petitioner and his other liabilities, a sum of Rs.5,000/- has been imposed as interim maintenance. 2.

Order is an interlocutory one and I do not find that the quantum fixed is either unreasonable or contrary to law.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed.
