Learned counsel for the State has produced a final compilation of marks of written examination for the promotion to the post of Anganwadi Worker from the post of Anganwadi Helpers conducted on 6th December, 2022.

It appears that the writ petitioner is ranked at 29th position having secured total 22 marks. She, therefore, did not come within the zone of consideration. 3.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner.

The records produced by the CDPO in the ICDS Project, Burwan, Murshidabad are returned back to the State counsel since the same may prejudice the other candidates.

The writ petition is disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
