Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is taken on record.

The petitioners' representation before the Block Development Officer for grant of benefit under the Destitute Minority Women's Rehabilitation Programme is pending consideration.

Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioners, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Block Development Officer, the respondent no.5 herein, to take into consideration the prayer of the petitioners after causing an enquiry with prior notice in accordance with the subject Scheme provided the same is in vogue till date.

If the petitioners are found eligible in terms of the Scheme, then necessary consequential relief shall be provided to them.

5.

Steps shall be taken by the aforesaid respondent at the earliest but positively within a

period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

6.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
