1. 447 kgs. of Ganja was recovered from the secret chamber of a truck. The petitioner says that he was a Khalasi of the truck. He had no knowledge of the contraband being carried in the truck. He is in custody for 6 months. He prays for bail.

2. In view of the huge quantity of Ganja being involved and keeping in mind the restriction in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

3. However, we request the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial to the extent the business of the Court may permit.

4. CRM (NDPS) 1292 of 2024 is dismissed.

5. Let this order be communicated by the parties to the learned Trial Court.
