The reasoned order dated 30.06.2022 passed by the Rajpur-Sonarpur Municipality is taken on record. Copy of the same has been handed over to the learned advocate representing the parties in Court today.
It appears there from that the Municipality has passed order for amendment.
It will be open for the aggrieved party to challenge the reasoned order in accordance with law, if so advised.
It has been submitted by the learned advocate representing the Municipality that there is one
typographical error in the reasoned order dated 30.06.2022. The date mentioned in the third line, third paragraph of the order should read as 13th May, 2022 in place and in stead of 13th June, 2022.
The notice dated 13th May, 2022 is retained with the records. The copy showing service of the reasoned order upon the writ petition be also retained with the records.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously, on compliance of usual legal formalities.
