Mr. De, Advocate appearing on behalf of the State fairly submits that the representation dated July 01, 2019 made by the petitioner which is appearing at page 27 (Annenure -P4) of this writ petition ought to be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the submission made by the parties the District Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman being the respondent no.

is requested to consider the representation of the petitioner appearing at page 27 (Annenure -P4) of this writ petition within a period of four weeks from date after giving a right of hearing to all the affected parties including the State-respondents.

It is made clear that I have not entered into the merits of this case and the District Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman will not be influenced by any observation on the merits of this case. All questions are to be decided by the District Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman in accordance with law.

It is also made clear that after disposing of the representation of the petitioner the District Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman will communicate his reasoned order to all concerned whom he has heard.

It is expected that the entire exercise will be completed by the District Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman within a period of 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA No. 18478 of 2019 stands disposed of. (Ravi Krishan Kapur,J)
