1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties. 2.We have considered the materials on record. Minor victim has supported the allegation of penetrative sexual assault. In view of gravity of the offence and incriminating evidence on record implicating the petitioner in the crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage.
