1. In absence of the applicants producing the credible evidence and documents justifying withdrawal of 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant, we are not inclined to pass any order at this stage.

2. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.

3. In depositing the special messenger costs to bring the T.C.R. to be regularized.

4. The department is directed to take immediate steps to bring the T.C.R. within a fortnight from date.

5. The period for preparation of paper book and other formalities are suitably extended by the period mentioning in paragraph 12 of the order.

6. All directions shall remain unchanged.

7. Affidavit of service is taken on record.
