1. In view of the order passed by the learned A.D.J., 1st Court, Jangipur, Murshidabad in D.O.M.C. No.60 of 2023 allowing the application for mutual divorce filed under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, the impugned order is set aside.

2. The Photostat copy of the Order No.04 dated 16th August, 2023 is taken on record.

3. The appeal is disposed of by recording that the application for mutual divorce has been allowed by the learned A.D.J., 1st Court, Jangipur, Murshidabad.

4. In view of disposal of the appeal, the application also stands disposed of.

5. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
