The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the matter.

This Court has been informed that charge sheet was submitted on July 26, 2023 and charge was framed on June 10, 2015. Out of 11 charge sheeted witnesses one witness has expired and cross-examination of CSW-1 is in progress. Considering the fact that the matter is pending since long, the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter within 2 years from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 3460 of 2024 is disposed of.
