It is well settled that the recruitment to Group-D post is required to be made in terms of the relevant Rules and after prior approval of the D.I. of Schools.

Counsel for the Headmaster submits that a similar prayer has already been rejected by a coordinate Bench on 29.08.2005 in WP No.9306(W) of 2001. The said order is kept on record.

Hence, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
