1. Affidavit-of-service filed today be kept on record.

2. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnor hands over a bunch of documents including a reasoned order dated April 23, 2024. It is submitted that as borne out by the documents handed over, a reasoned order was passed in terms of the order of this court dated August 29, 2022 and a communication of the said order has also been made.

3. In view of an order having been passed in terms of the direction of this court dated August 29, 2022 passed in WPA 14662 of 2022, although late, there has been substantial complianceof the said order.

4. As such, it would be a futile exercise to keep the contempt application pending. However, in the event any interested party is aggrieved by the reasoned order now passed, it will be open to the said party to prefer an appropriate challenge under the governing law before the appropriate authority. However, the contempt does not subsist and CPAN 1113 of

2023 is accordingly disposed of as infructuous, by keeping on record the documents filed in court today.

5. There will be no order as to costs.

6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
