The writ petitioner complains that a particular Masjid near his house is not permitting him to enter and offer prayers.

The writ petitioner complained to District Magistrate, Purulia, which complaint has been forwarded to the Police.

This Court is of the view that the matter is purely private in nature and police have no role to play in such matter.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
