The petitioners pray for expeditious disposal of the Money Execution Case No.473 of 2009, which is pending before the learned Registrar Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta.

The prayer of the petitioners is innocuous.
Neither party stands to lose if a proceeding is disposed of expeditiously.
In fact, such expeditious disposal shall enure to the benefit of the parties. Hence, there is no requirement for service of prior notice upon the opposite party. 3.
This revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Registrar Bench to dispose of the said execution proceeding within six months from the next date fixed upon giving adequate opportunity to all the contesting parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, strictly in accordance with law.

This court has not expressed any opinion either on the merits of the said execution proceeding. The learned court shall proceed independently and in accordance with law.

A copy of the revisional application along with a server copy of this order be served upon the opposite party and/or the learned advocate contesting the matter on behalf of the opposite party in the learned court below, within a week. 6.
Affidavit-of-service to be filed before the Court below.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
