Petitioner complains that in spite of information furnished with the Inspector-in-Charge, Burdwan Sadar Police Station no steps have been taken.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Bardwan PS case no. 906/25 dated 01.09.2025 has been registered for investigation against the private respondent nos. 4 to 12.

Learned advocate for the private respondents raises issues regarding the maintainability of the writ petition.

Having considered that police authorities have already taken steps, I direct the police authorities to take the investigation of the case to its logical conclusion. Police authorities would also ensure that there is no

breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19961 of 2025 disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
