1. Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. The petitioner has challenged an E-auction sale notice of July 5, 2025.

3. Ms. Roy Choudhury, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent Bank, submits that there were insufficient bidders to such sale notice of July 5, 2025.

4. The sale has, therefore, been cancelled and the sale notice has become infructuous.

5. In view of the afore-stated, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition.

6. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
