In spite of service none appears on behalf of the State respondents.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Vidyasagar Vidyapith, Palashkola, Adra, District - Purulia, his prayer for release of service benefits on account of 20 years continuous satisfactory service has been approved by the Managing Committee of the school and it is now pending before the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Purulia, the respondent no. 3 herein.

The representation of the petitioner to the said effect dated October 09, 2022 forms part of the supplementary affidavit to the writ petition being Annexure-'N'.

The respondent no. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation in accordance with law, if necessary, after giving the petitioner an

opportunity of hearing as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 20322 of 2022 is disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have denied by the respondents.
