Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the minor daughter of the petitioner is yet to be recovered.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the State submits that, the minor daughter of the petitioner was recovered sometime in November, 2019 and that the charge sheet in respect of the police case was filed in January, 2021.

In such circumstances, the police having taken steps as noted above, no interference is called for. W.P.A. No.18518 of 2019 is disposed of, accordingly.
