It appears that in respect of the complaint being Tamluk P.S. Case No. 731/19 dated 01.12.2019, investigation has been completed and charge sheet No. 132/20 dated 29.02.2020 under Sections 147/447/323/427/506 and Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code has been filed against five persons.

The report and charge sheet are taken on record.

A copy of the said report along with charge sheet may be made available to the counsel for the writ petitioners.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

The writ petitioners shall be entitled to avail all remedies under the Cr. P.C. in connection with the above charge sheet.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
