Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in ravishing the minor girl and as bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier, we find no reason to grant bail to the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
