Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of investigation having commenced in connection with Labpur PS Case No. 131/2024 dated 08.08.2024 no steps have been taken by the police authorities and the petitioner has been subjected to harassment.

There were earlier directions passed by this Court in WPA 24774 of 2022.

There were proceedings under section 133 of the Cr.P.C.

However, the police report also reflects that the investigating agency on conclusion of investigation has already submitted charge sheet in connection with the aforesaid criminal case on or about 31.10.2024.

Having considered the totality of the circumstances that the Executive Magistrate is in charge of M.P. Case No. 199 of 2025 and the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate is in charge of the criminal case being Labpur PS Case No. 131/2024, I am of the view that if the petitioner is faced with inconveniences, petitioner will bring the same to the notice of the learned Judicial Magistrate or the learned Executive Magistrate in seisin of the issue, on specific directions being passed upon the police authorities, appropriate steps be taken in consonance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20103 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
