The election of Janadari SKUS Limited fell due on 27.01.2021. The same has not been conducted till date. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 being the Co-operative Election Commission to conduct and conclude the election at the earliest but positively within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
