Contempt is alleged of this Court's order dated August 8, 2025.

The grievance of the appellant/applicants is that the police station is concerned has not being changed by the Returning Officer. This Court notes that it has directed the Superintendent of Police, Diamond Harbour to render police assistance. The change of police station is totally irrelevant. 3.

Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Cooperative Election Commission has placed the Notification dated August 22, 2025. It is expected that the election is conducted strictly in terms of the said notice which is taken on record. 4.

This Court, therefore, does not find any contempt of this court's order as on date.

The grievance of Mr. Samim that the valid candidate list has not yet been published in the registered office of the Sangha, despite being specifically mentioned in the aforesaid

notice dated August 22, 2025, shall be looked into by the concerned Assistant Returning Officer forthwith and valid candidate list shall also be published in the Sangha as already indicated therein.

With the aforesaid observations, CPAN 1464 of 2025 is disposed of.

Personal presence, if any, shall stand dispensed with. 8.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.
