1. Order dated 17.8.2023 granting anticipatory bail to opposite party nos. 2 and 3 i.e. mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the victim housewife has been assailed.

2. It is contended investigation is not being conducted properly and investigating agency is trying to portray the deceased was suffering from mental ailments. He prays for cancellation of anticipatory bail.

3. Learned lawyers for the State and de facto complainant submit investigation is complete.

4. We have considered the material on record. Opposite party nos. 2 and 3 are the in-laws of the victim lady. Statements of witnesses show there was quarrel between the victim and her husband. She committed suicide at her parental home.

5. In view of the aforesaid circumstances we find no reason to interfere with the order granting anticipatory bail to opposite party nos. 2 and 3.
